Communication campaign
STP gives the communication a supplementary function to the operations, since its strategic role can generate services’ quality improvement processes and satisfy its customers/users at the same time.
Every year the Company sets its own Communication Plan, that lists the communication actions by the Società Trasporti Pubblici Brindisi S.p.A., summing up the main communication committments that will be taken on throughout the year.
