STP Brindisi, in cooperation with the Provincial Authority of Brindisi, has carried out a specific project whose goal consists in monitoring and assess the adequacy of services offered on the ordinary and school extra-urban lines under the Provincial Authority for the period november/december 2015.
The aforesaid project, aimed at improving the overall quality of the service provided, optimising the employment of vehicles and resources, increasing the service use, decreasing the fares evasion and rising security levels on board, has been built through:
- the assessment of the passengers’ number for each provincial extra-urban services lines on the basis of the Travel tickets sold (comparison November-December 2015/2014)
- programm focused on inspections on board using the company’s personnel and security guards
- the conduction of a dedicated Customer Satisfaction survey.
